Our approach is distinct from traditional "Spa Facials" as each treatment is meticulously tailored to address your unique skin history, current condition, and future goals. To ensure your experience is both safe and exceptional, we kindly request that you adhere to the following recommendations:

1. Discontinue the Use of Prescription Retinoids:

Please refrain from using prescription Retinoids such as Tretinoin, Tazoratene, Adapalene, Retinol, and similar products for a full week (7 days) leading up to your scheduled treatment. This step is essential to safeguard your skin's integrity. If your skin feels dehydrated or dry during this period, we recommend applying a thin layer of occlusive ointment, such as Vaseline, on top of your moisturizer for three nights prior to your appointment.

Pro Tip: Ensuring well-hydrated skin will optimize your skin recovery.

2. Discontinue Exfoliating Products:

Please avoid using exfoliation such as clay masks, waxing, harsh treatments, AHA/BHA products, scrubs, and peel pads for at least five days prior to your appointment. This precaution is taken to prevent over-exfoliation during your treatment. As with the first step, maintaining well-hydrated skin is crucial.

3. Rescheduling:

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least one week in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment will result in a charge to your credit card on file or creation of an invoice due before your next appointment. You can make changes to your appointment by referring to your original confirmation email or text. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will incur additional fees and may lead to membership forfeiture.

4. Arrive As You Are on the Day of Your Appointment:

To optimize your treatment time, we recommend arriving without heavy makeup or water-resistant sunscreen. This allows us more time to focus on your skin more effectively, ensuring you receive the full benefits of your treatment.

5. Timeliness:

Please arrive on time or slightly earlier for your appointment. We recommend planning accordingly and allowing extra time for parking. We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, so if you anticipate any delays, please notify us as soon as possible.
